When I was a journalist, I used to explore city and interview people now I spend time mostly at home in front of laptop. However it drives me stress. But I really enjoy this feeling as I'm now learning new subject: stress management. In the middle of learning (which I guess it would take the whole of my life time), emotional quotient is honestly harder to reach than intellectual quotient.
